Nike's marketing department does it again with this pretty fresh commercial for Foot Locker. The Cool Kids provide the beats while Amare Stoudemire, Chris Bosh, and the homie Desean Jackson playfully act in this cartoon world as they cruise to the Bodega to get the freshest sneaks out for the spring.
The surprise is the chef cooking up the Special of the Day in the back kitchen and who is it? None other than an original old school Nike superstar, Ken Griffey Jr., serving up new colorways of his signature cross trainer. I grew up being a Griffey fan so it's great to see Nike still incorporating him in their new school campaigns. Enjoy
