I'm the first one to say mayo makes it better and who can argue against spreadable fat? Thought so, but we all know that's a one way ticket to heart attack city. When trying to be healthier and help your body out, dieting, exercising, you want to try and find shortcuts around anything. If at least, simple tips to try and make it easier to eat healthier. Of course, a lot of these items are our favorites, but everything in moderation usually works.....unless you're on this top ten list, ha!
